The world of work is changing, with an ever-greater need for improved leadership capability. The World Economic Forum predicts that 42% of current core skills will be outdated by 2022, and that, ‘Emotional Intelligence, leadership, and social influence will see an outsized increase in demand.’ Since its inception nearly 30 years ago, Emotional Intelligence (EI) has evolved and will become ever more established as a core attribute to meet the demands of a constantly changing workplace.
