Slow Art Walks are aligned to ‘alternative ways of being’ and mindfulness - taking the time to slow down and reflect: don’t rush to unpack or understand. The aim is to de-intimidate art by making it about material and feeling over meaning and to focus on a few works rather than a take-it-all-in approach.
