Please note that you will need to bring your own drinks or snacks to this picnic.
At the afterwork, we plan to discuss our experiences, results, and insights from taking a free implicit bias assessment. Implicit bias refers to the unconscious attitudes or stereotypes that affect our understanding, actions, and decisions towards individuals or groups based on their race, gender, age, religion, or other characteristics. We believe it is important to acknowledge and understand implicit bias to create a more inclusive and equitable society.

Our afterwork gathering provides a safe space to openly discuss our potential biases, even if you haven't completed the assessment. This is a non-formal get-together, and we want you to feel comfortable and welcome.
We encourage you to sign up on Eventbrite, so we can have an idea of how many people are coming. However, you are welcome to show up unannounced. We hope to see you there!
