I've seen "your typical Millennial" that gives every manager a stomach ulcer:-(

However, I've also seen young people of Millennial age, and there is absolutely "nothing millennial" about them. I tell them: "What sort of a Millennial are you? There is nothing Millennial about you! You are giving the rest of them Millennials a bad name:-) You know what, as far as being a Millennial is concerned, you are FIRED!" They giggle and tell me: "Thanks, that's the best compliment I've ever got."

Did you know, "Not All Millennials are like that!"? As a leadership coach, I've coached and trained 4 different types of Millennials...
