A negotiated salary is often 10 to 20% above the first offer any job candidate receives. Reporters will learn the basics of salary negotiation tactics during this workshop and practice what they learnt in short scenarios that will allow them to leave no money on the table when job hunting. The workshop will be conducted by executive coach Tracy Ho of Frame & Fame Personal Branding.
